We all know that Yoga has been scientifically recommended for our body. It is also common knowledge that Yoga has alleviated psychological disorders like depression and anxiety, but do we know how did this practice come into existence?

Who were these people who invented Yoga and how? And why was it needed in the first place?

Shree, who recently delivered the talk ‘India through the eyes of an Indian’, will explain the origins of this increasingly popular discipline.
